These are the vendors and technology partners we work with to deliver SEMC Pro services. We’re transparent about who handles what.

Softr
Client portal and dashboard delivery platform used to provide clients with secure access to their account and deliverables.
Airtable
Data management and workflow tracking. Used to organize client engagements, review requests, and deliverable status.
Fillout
Form submission and intake processing. Used to collect client information securely during onboarding and contract submission.
Make (Integromat)
Workflow automation and notification delivery. Connects systems to ensure timely updates and efficient processing.
Stripe
Payment processing. All billing and payment transactions are handled through Stripe’s secure payment infrastructure.
Microsoft 365
Business communications and collaboration. Used for internal team communications, email, and document management.
DocJuris
Contract analysis and redlining assistance. Used to support the AI-assisted contract review process.
Claude / Anthropic
AI language model used to assist in contract review, risk analysis, and generating review outputs under human oversight.

SEMC Pro may add, modify, or replace service providers as business requirements evolve. Additional vendor information may be provided during customer onboarding or vendor review processes upon request.

Human Oversight

SEMC Pro uses artificial intelligence as a tool to support the review process — not as a replacement for human judgment.

Every AI-assisted review output is validated by a human expert before it is delivered to a client. AI accelerates the process. Humans are accountable for the results.

Clients remain fully responsible for all final business and legal decisions. SEMC Pro does not provide legal advice. Our deliverables are designed to inform and support your decision-making process.

🤖 How AI Is Used

AI assists in analyzing contract language, identifying risk clauses, generating redline suggestions, and drafting initial review outputs. AI models currently in use include Claude (Anthropic).

👤 Human Validation

Every output generated with AI assistance is reviewed by a qualified SEMC Pro team member before delivery. No AI output is sent directly to clients without human review.

📋 No Training on Client Documents

Client documents are not used to train AI models. Submitted materials are used solely for the purpose of delivering your contracted review services.

⚖️ Client Responsibility

All business and legal decisions based on SEMC Pro deliverables remain the sole responsibility of the client. SEMC Pro does not provide legal representation or legal advice.
